Your online account on www.DrivingTheory4All.co.uk is setup as soon as you pay. Bookings are normally made very shortly after receipt of payment but please allow up to one working day for processing to be completed.
The booking fee you pay is fully inclusive of all DVSA test fees, and our fee which includes Pass Protection Plus, the subscription to our theory training site with full support, the administration of your account and all communications with you.
We need to ensure you are well prepared for your test, if we did not do this our prices would have to be much higher. And of course you want to pass, so the better prepared you are the better for you.
You can certainly do this but you won't get any free re-tests if you fail. You will pay for each test you take.
No, if you don't take your test because for example you don't turn up at the test centre (even if you are ill), or you are late or you don't take the correct documentation with you, you will lose all of your fee - the DVSA do not give refunds unless you can prove to them you have very special circumstances.
Trust is a real issue on the Internet, which is why we have worked with Trading Standards to become fully approved by them and we are a part of their Buy with Confidence scheme.

We are a registered Crown Copyright holder with the DVSA which allows us to offer online theory training via www.DrivingTheory4All.co.uk. We also help candidates find early practical driving text cancellations via www.Driving-Test-Cancellations-4all.co.uk.
We've been offering driving theory related services since 2008, so we think we know what we're doing by now!
If you fail, you send your failure document to us, we check your training scores on www.DrivingTheory4All.co.uk and your actual test scores. If everything is OK we book another test for your at your chosen test centre on your chosen date and time.
